Science
The Houghton Mifflin curriculum is structured into units composed of several lessons. Students can expect homework for a completion grade coming from both their workbooks and lesson reviews in the textbook. Students will be tested at the end of each unit, with the possibility of lesson quizzes. (Hint: Many test questions come directly from lesson/unit reviews, workbook pages, and diagrams and inserts in the textbook.) I will also assign projects throughout the year that will weigh the same as tests.
